It's a Dirty Job, But Someone's Gotta Do It!
This past weekend the kids went for a ride with Paw Paw on his four wheeler. Let me just tell ya, they had a blast! The Cowpokes got REALLY dirty. They were all proud of their mud. There wasn't not a single bit of skin on Big Cowpoke that wasn't muddy. Little Cowpoke was pretty nasty too!! The Cowpokes then had to act out some super scary scenes for me. They are both very good actors. They are always acting out beating each other up. That is something my sisters and I never did growing up. Boys are so different! They were just plain dirty! But they did have a wonderful time! Paw Paw had some fun too. Cowpokette was the least dirty out of all the kids. She only had a few little spots on her face. I thing they had a great start to their Saturday! I used to LOVE going mudding when I was in college. Oh the memories of being muddy!

How adorable!!! You GOTTA love muddy little boys! LOL!
I LOVE to get all muddy! Those are funny pictures of your boy acting out a scary scene:)
I think Gavin and I are going to Lake Charles in April and would like to try to go out to Jennings for church. It would be so fun to see you guys again!
Ahhhhh yes I have those mudding memories too - only we still occasionally do it.
Your boys are too cute!
Hopefully I will be doing that soon. My guy has been furiously looking for a quad since he only got to go snowmobiling a handful of times this year.
Oh goodness! Look at those boys!! Very dirty munchkins!
I remember those days of quad riding (we still have them, but horses are more important now!) and we used to get filthy too! It is so much fun!
Looks like fun times!!
They still look cute, even dirty, or should I say, especially dirty, or, oh, never mind, you get the idea. With that mud in the eye, Big Cowpoke looks especially tough, doesn't he?
I think they had an awful lot of fun. And I'll bet Paw Paw had a lot of fun too! Didn't you get to go?
We still get covered with mud once in a while and love it! We used to go all the time when Son and his cronies were in high school. Talk about mud, there wouldn't be one square inch clean on them! We finally sold the quads and got a Rhino that has seats, we set in front and the Grands sit in the back. No matter what the weather we love to be outside!
Sure hope that foal is still doing well. What a cutie!!!!
We're all about the mud here too. My children don't miss a chance.
I'm with you--boys are so different. It's crazy to watch. I have two of each and my girls aren't even girly girls but still!
Your children are precious. :)
