Molly

Well, after a night of scares, Molly is okay. She now is up and running around and trying really hard to keep her way adorable baby to herself. She won't let us see the baby any more. She stays in the back of the pasture and hogs her baby. I sure would love to play with the baby again. The vet had suggested that Molly had taken in a lot of air while giving birth. Then when the air was all in her belly it made her uncomfortable and act "colicy". Plus she was probably still having some contractions. I am so happy she is healthy. She is such a sweet girl.

I am so glad that Molly is ok too. I had been thinking about her and hoping for an update.

Whenever she lets you, keep putting up pictures of her and her pretty baby. I love to watch them grow :)

The picture of my haircut is up. DOn't you hate it when you want to do something with your hair, and it just wont work out. I know better, but there are still days that I will spend an hour or more curling my hair, only for it to be flat and straight as can be by the time I get in the car. When will I learn?

I have never heard of anything like that before! But I'm so glad she's alright.

Ohh, I love donkeys. And I am so glad Molly is better. A few years back, we adopted a BLM burro who was very fat. They promised us she couldn't possibly be expecting. They were wrong. She delivered twins, but unfortunately one was still born. The other was crippled and weak, but today they both mama and baby are fine and run all over our ranch, surprising folks with donkey hugs and kisses. Well sort of.
