Slowly Making My Rounds

I have been really busy this week, running here and there. I have also had an idea! Yes, can you believe it? I have been thinking, (a dangerous past time!) and I have come to the conclusion that my house is a mess. It's mostly due to the fact that I don't have a place for everything. And also due to the fact that I am constantly picking up after three kids and a husband, who all have problems with putting things away. But that is another story. So, I have been cleaning my house. De-junking everything. Today, I attacked my closet. I came out with small bags of trash and one huge black trash bag full of clothes. It was about time I got rid of the shirts I wore for my Senior Pictures!! This evening I tackled the majority of the kitchen. We have papers EVERYWHERE!! I really want one of these. It comes in RED too!! I love it! And I do believe that I need it. My birthday is coming up!! I also would love a small but tall table that I can put by my garage door, so when I walk inside I can put my purse and stuff on that table and not on the kitchen table. I just need place for things. My husband promised me that when we go to the Houston Livestock and Rodeo show, that I can buy a table for our entry way! I am so excited.

I am also trying to make my rounds visiting blogs. I took a few breaks today, from cleaning, to check up on some blogs. I get so far behind so quickly! But at least I will have a clean house! Hooray!! I also had time to do Cowpokette's hair. It is the second time I have tried pig tails in her hair, and I think I am in love with pig tails. But I think that is about enough randomness for today. I really need to hit the sack. Tomorrow is Friday! Hooray!!

Oh, I need to take a lesson from you girl, and get to cleaning and organizing!! I've really let things pile up. I'm blaming it on the blog, hee hee!
I love Cowpokette's pigtails! How long did they stay in, LOL! :)

Awww...at least she lets you do her hair. Lil princess HATES anyone messing with her hair so to brush it is 1 battle and then to fix it is WW3. If you manage to win, they don't stay more than 30mins before she pulls them out.*sigh*

See you tomorrow!

I hear you on the de-cluttering. "Stuff" sitting around drives me NUTS. I can't stand it!!

O! She is SO cute in those pig-tails!!
Look at those eyes :)

I know about the clutter chaos, it drives me crazy.
Where does all the stuff come from and how does it pile up everywhere so fast???

I hear ya' on the being to busy to blog thingy!!! Sometimes life just gets in the way, doesn't it??? LOL!!!

With Katie being sick from chicken pox, I haven't had a lot of spare time to do anything, but I did get a lot of cleaning done on Wednesday afternoon, and it felt GOOD!

Why is it that husbands and kids can't/don't pick up after themselves??? LOL!!!

Yay for cleaning the house! Doesn't it make you feel better?

I do that too every once in a while - think I did it this morning. Looked around that thought to myself "Holy Crap this place is a mess!" Cleaning time this weekend baby!

Gosh, your little princess is sure beautiful! Pig tails suit her face..and make her eyes pop even more. Is that even possible? Her eyes are gorgeous!

Good for you getting some cleaning and organizing done. I'm starting to feel like I could get some done around here, too. But I get tired so quickly, so even a little bit will make me happy. hehe

If I had a ranch, 3 children and a hubby, I wouldn't have time for blogs so I don't know how you do it. Love the pigtails, but she is so cute anyway...

I love her pigtails! So cute! It's so fun to do little girl's hair. Sadly, my girls are getting to the point where they don't like me to fix their hair anymore. =( Sad day.

My youngest thinks she can do her own hair - I have to be pretty quick to even get a brush through it!

You could wrap that child's head in toilet paper and she would still be adorable !

I am catching up on reading blogs too. Cute posts and I love your ideas. I am definately doing the chicken wire memory board. I will get my honey involved and make frames with my old barn wood. I might even sell them at the farmer's market... we will see.

Also, I so remember being a mom of 3 little ones and then realizing things needed cleaning and organizing. I just dug in. Later when kids or the husband couldn't find something they would always say, "well, it must now be at the good will." One time this happened and we had actually been robbed. For real. They only stole a few random things and then when my husband went to get his gun he discovered it was gone too, and we put it all together. Crazy.
