Baby Photo Shoot

My friend recently had a baby girl. I was so excited for her. Babies are so much fun! I love their little hands and toes. They are just so sweet. Soon after she had her baby, I asked her if I could take pictures of her baby. I haven't ever done an infant photo shoot before so her baby was going to be my guinea pig. She said I could and I did. Here are some of the pictures from my first baby photo shoot. That last one is one of my top favorites! It was my first time shooting a baby and I had fun. I learned some different techniques for shooting babies. They are different than shooting horses!

Wow. Those are very professional looking photos. When I scrolled down to that last one of the top of the head, it struck me as being quite unique.

Wow Andrea, those are fabulous! How'd you get the baby to sleep and wake up on cue, LOL!?
How did you do your lighting and what lens did you use?
Keep up the great work!
