PC Trouble

You know those Mac and PC commercials? I think I could be on one right now. I have been having the hardest time getting my computer fixed. It probably would help if I knew what I was doing. But I found three worms and now there was something about a virus. So, sheesh, I am giving up and I am going to take the computer in to be fixed. I thought I got rid of all the bad stuff and now my printer won't work. I can't re install it because the computer won't read the disk. I can't put my SD card into the computer either. Well, I can put the SD card into the computer tower, it just won't read it. Sometimes, if I wait a long time, it will think about reading the SD card. Normally it would just pop right up with photo shop. Sigh. So, I am going to stop messing with something I know nothing about and I am going to take my sick computer tower into the PC Tech guy. I hope he can fix my dear sweet computer. I hope my pocket book can handle my dear sweet computer being fixed.

I don't know what to do to fix it but I can recommend the guys that fixed my computer a while back. It wouldn't turn on AT ALL and it took him about 2 sec. to diagnose and maybe 15 minutes to fix it. An he didn't charge me much either. The place is called MY PC Tech. It's on Ryan Street. They look like a bunch of really nerdy college guys. lol

Well then, we're both having a bout of bad luck then, eh?

Me having my camera stolen and you with the broken computer.

I hope you can get it fixed soon and get back to blogging and photo stuff, too :)

We will miss you. We completely lost our PC over the summer and switched to a Mac. No problems so far.

hahaha...those mac vs. pc commercials are so funny. Sorry to hear about your PC....at home we switched to a mac (although I do have a pc on its last leg or drive...) I was just doing too many multi-media, picture, video things for my pc to handle it right. I love my mac but I think a new pc would work great. I just learned to get external hard drives to store my movies, videos and pictures and that solves a lot of the issues with a slow computer. Viruses, well, viruses are viruses...just make sure that you have a really good anti-virus software and don't download from unreliable sources.

Good Luck!

I have a new Mac but still use my PC. I know, I know--I'm weird. Change is hard for me. I probably will not totally switch over until my PC gets eaten up w/ a virus. Any day now, I'm sure.

So sorry for you. Bummer!
