Make-Up and Brittany

Wow, how much fun can one person possibly have with a two year old? I must say that this is the most fun I have ever had with a two year old. Since I am such the veteran parent, having only raised one other two year old. Hee hee. I must say this one is fun. Little Cowpoke definitely keeps me on my toes. I am always taking away lotion, markers, food, and make up. I am not sure how he gets all these things, but wow, he can come up with them out of the blue and make them explode with in seconds. Some of my favorites are his encounter with permanent markers. The first time was on my bed and on my bathroom wall. The marker was black and way permanent. As if there is a thing called semi permanent. Any who..it was everywhere. Thank goodness for magic eraser. It actually came off the wall. That magic eraser is the best invention ever. The man or woman who invented it needs a bonus. The bed was not even attempted to be saved. Then the red permanent marker all over his body when Mr. Cowboy was watching the kids and I stepped out to ride a horse, for three hours. Okay I admit it I escaped. I left and didn't want to come back. I really enjoyed the silence, doing what I wanted, not having to look over my shoulder thinking, "OH goodness what is that kid doing now!!". But it was nice to come home and see Mr. Cowboy suffering, just a little. They were all happy to see me home. But wow, have I drifted off the subject. Where was I, Little Cowpoke, yes, make up. He loves my lip stick. Which I don't know where he finds it because I don't ever wear it. So here he is in his fancy lipstick.

He was so proud of his new look. Some how it didn't even really get on his lips??? Was he even aiming? Well he didn't have a mirror, so maybe that is why he totally missed his mouth.

But WOW it sure got all the way to his ear. Almost like flames. Maybe he wanted a fast look? But man I just know people will be lining up to have this look. But this all leads up to this!!!! WARNING!!! This contains some really good dancing. And if you can hear the music, yes it is Brittany Spears. She does have a fan left. Too bad he is two. Okay it's my CD so maybe she has two fans left. The music is good okay!! I don't like her image, but her music sure has a good beat, as you can see here..............

Like I said, it is really fun having a two year old. I wish I could just keep my kids like this forever. Well, maybe not, I do want them out of diapers and hopefully someday out of the house. But until then I will enjoy two years old.

Update on the road work. It is getting done quickly!! Oil was put down today!! Yeah!! I will have pictures of it tomorrow! No more dirt road living!!! It is kind of sad and totally exciting at the same time. Until then see you later, and y'all come back now ya hear!!!

LOL LOL LOL! That dancing was classic! I loved the arm swings. Very good stuff. I'm going to have to rewatch it and learn some of those smooth moves. And boys always look good in girly stuff. Or maybe that's just because that's all my boy has to play with!

I think he was trying to make it look like blood. I would have passed out, seeing him, thinking he had gashed himself on something.

I love Magic Erasers!

Looks like he was going for the warpaint look.

The dancing is cute, of course, in true L fashion.

I have a two year old, too - he is our third and I STILL wish they would stay this age - I would even be happy to deal with the diapers!
