Yesterday Little Cowpoke and I were bored, so while Cowpokette slept, we made a fun collage. We printed out pictures of our family's faces and then found fun body parts in a magazine. It was a lot of fun trying to find just the right legs or arms. Little Cowpoke got to cut out some heads and glue the bodies and heads together.
I had to show him how to use scissors. The poor boy didn't know how to cut. Where have I been? But, now he knows. I personally love Big Cowpoke jumping over the pig. I am not sure where the pig came from, but it's sure fun. Little Cowpoke even put Cowpokette up on a stage.
So, if you ever get bored and need something fun to do, this is one of them. It took us about an hour or so to find pictures and cut them out and paste them on a bigger paper. Then the coloring was was about another 15 minutes. That was Little Cowpoke's favorite part. So, go out and find some old magazines, scissors, glue stick, family pictures, and crayons. And you too can have a fun family picture like this!!

hey, what a fun idea to do at home. sometimes i forget that i can do stuff like that at home too... we do collages every year a couple of times in school..

Your little girl's head on that grown up dancing body is hilarious! It kind of gives you an idea what she might look like when she grows up.
